Olive Shop uses the Printify platform for both print and product fulfillment/shipping.

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer (via Printify) a free reprint or a refund if you make contact within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using the chat bubble or ‘Contact Us’ page.

Store Prices

The prices set at Olive Shop are subject to change. Although we try to keep them stable, we will adjust them from time to time. That being said, because we want our customers to have a fair price, the increments will rarely be drastic.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the site, or any products or services provided pursuant to the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total liability to you by us or any of our licensors or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, for accessing Olive Shop.
